The College has 14 full-time teachers. All of them Ethiopian nationals, 5 of which are graduates of Anabaptist/ Mennonite related seminaries in North America, and 1 more is on study leave in North America at the moment. Also 7 part-time teachers are filling the gaps.
The College has benefited a lot from having guest lecturers from abroad. Every summer two or three guests donate 2 to 6 weeks of their time to travel to Ethiopia to teach at little cost to the College. This enriches the academic exposure of the students. With the introduction of the new liberal arts programs, new teachers will be added to the teaching faculty. Some of these will come from the present Government or private institutions in Ethiopia. Others will be volunteer expatriates on sabbaticals or short term assignments.
